CSCAA DUAL MEET CHALLENGE

The 2025 CSCAA Dual Meet Challenge was a first-of-its-kind collegiate swimming and diving championship designed to elevate the sport through an exciting team-based competition format. Hosted at the University of Tennessee’s Allan Jones Aquatic Center, the inaugural event featured four nationally recognized programs representing the Power 4 conferences, with free admission for fans, and broadcasts airing across SEC+ and USA Swimming Network.


Challenge

As a brand-new championship event, the CSCAA Dual Meet Challenge needed to build awareness, establish a cohesive digital identity, and engage audiences across multiple programs, conferences, and stakeholders, all within a condensed timeline. With a small internal staff managing event operations, the CSCAA looked for a strategic digital marketing partner to lead organic social media planning, coordination, and execution on Instagram & X, before and during competition.


Results

By centralizing communication across participating programs, partners, and stakeholders, while executing a collaborative and audience-focused content strategy, 24 Sports Marketing helped drive meaningful visibility and engagement for the inaugural championship event. During the two-month campaign period, the CSCAA amassed 1.88 million total impressions across Instagram and X (with 12K total followers at the time) and saw a 68% year-over-year increase in Instagram engagement rate, largely driven by strategic tagging, collaborations, and audience engagement efforts.
